Stephen Fry has been busy writing letters this week. Fry added his name to the Creative Community for Peace, a conventicle of successful western glitterarti or “members of the entertainment industry” who oppose boycotting measures against this years controversial Eurovison Song Contest, scheduled to be held in Tel Aviv.

The city gets worse & worse & worse! So naturally you bomb-over to the largest of parks (the wildest ones) as often as possible to shrive some of the urban enclosures anthropocentric death-dealing pollution pantheon.. shake-off the contaminants shroud. & you know what’s really spectacular for those that know how to look – the ‘unmanaged’ free-thriving stretches of unmolested verdancy …the microcosms that are unscathed by man’s destructive & reductive interventions & obsessions with control, order, allocation, script & plant prejudice.

NICE BUNCH: Thousands of indignant, conscientious, determinable people waging unified, protracted protest in the form of coordinated direct action in central London. Amazing! As a Londoner, I can personally offer my utmost gratitude for all/any that have bravely disrupted our suicidal practice/daily inertia via their immensely inspiring & energetic actions.

Absolute bad-arse! The seminal duumvirate classics – Emergency! & “(turn it over)” from Tony William’s Lifetime unit still secure some of the greatest Jazz pedigree of all time. & they scout & dash way beyond Jazz, transmogrifying a staggeringly eclectic & radical concoction of acutely personalized hard rock, break-beat, experimentalism, avant-garde, noise, beatnik-ellipticism & of course – Fusion, all with deadly technical verve. Dingy, semi-lofi, edgy, with the organ & guitar prone to mild discordance, scripted but also suffuse with wild & extremely rash improvisation, soloing, ad-lib articulations & embellishment.
